By submitting an Order and/or payment, you are acquiring the Product for your personal use. All Products are non-refundable and are provided without any expressed or implied warranties. It is your responsibility to read these Terms and Conditions before making any Order and/or payment.
Refund Policy
It is crucial to fully comprehend the refund policy governed by Road West Publishing. Refunds are only offered under specific conditions:
- Refund requests within the first hour of placing the order are accepted, subject to a 40% processing fee in other cases.
- Refund claims are valid if the work does not comply with project requirements, and the customer has exhausted all revision options.
- Refunds are processed if the service is not delivered on time after at least three attempts to contact us, provided that the late delivery is the company's fault.
- Refunds must be claimed within 120 days of delivery. Claims beyond this timeframe will not be entertained. Customers are reminded of the refund deadline at the time of placing an order.
- Refunds will not be issued for minor technical errors or delays from the client's end. No refund is granted based on the quality of writing.
- Road West Publishing values customer privacy and is committed to securing personal information. Only essential information is collected to process orders.
